Amazon has fashioned a new group within AWS dedicated to creating AI agents, programs that assist individuals automate elements of their lives, Reuters reported on Tuesday.
In an e mail to employees seen by Reuters, AWS CEO Matt Garman stated agentic AI has the potential to be “the subsequent multi-billion enterprise for AWS.” A longtime AWS government who beforehand led the corporate’s AI and knowledge groups, Swami Sivasubramanian, will reportedly lead the brand new agentic AI group.
